All embroidery projects start with marking your fabric to designate the center of the design and the included Target Stickers are the ideal tool for this task. When a Target Sticker is placed on the fabric, you can concentrate on hooping. And with our Totally Tubular Hooping Station, Hoop Mat, and the included PAL3 hooping is a breeze! The Essential Hardware Bundle Includes: Totally Tubular Hooping Station Hoop Mat Target Stickers PAL3 Hooping Flat Fabric PAL3 attaches to any flat work surface including the Totally Tubular Hooping Station. When hooping flat fabric, slide Hoop Mat under PAL3 aligning the laser with grid on the Hoop Mat. Place Monster Snap Hoop’s bottom frame, or your standard hoop’s outer ring, on the mat. Align the laser with the hoop’s center marks. Slide the fabric over the hoop and align the Target Sticker’s crosshair with the PAL3 laser crosshair. Attach the top frame of your Snap Hoop Monster or insert the inner ring if using a standard hoop. That’s it – you’re hooped and centered! Hooping Finished Goods With the Totally Tubular Hooping Station there is no need to open seams for hooping! The elevated flat surface of the station holds your hoop in place and allows you to slide tubular items over the surface. T-shirts, sweatshirts, tote bags, and other finished items are a breeze to hoop. Place the bottom frame of your Snap Hoop Monster, or your standard hoop’s outer ring, onto the surface of the Totally Tubular Hooping Station. Align the hoop’s center with PAL3’s laser crosshair. Slide your t-shirt, tote bag or other finished good over the Totally Tubular Hooping Station surface. Align the Target Sticker with PAL3’s laser crosshair. Attach the top frame of your Snap Hoop Monster or insert the inner ring if using a standard hoop. You’re hooped – center and square!
