eGift Cards are emailed to your recipient within 24 hours! You will also receive a confirmation email to let you know when it has been delivered.
To Redeem eGift Cards
Simply enter you Sewing Gallery eGift Card number in the gift card code box at checkout. You may also redeem your eGift Card by phone at 304-487-6700. Didn’t spend it all? No problem! Keep your eGift Card number handy and use your leftover balance on a future purchase.
Please note: Your eGift Card value cannot be redeemed for cash, check or credit unless required by law. Coupons and discounts are not applicable towards the purchase of an eGift Card. (If your order contains both eGift Cards and merchandise, applicable coupons and discounts will only apply to your merchandise total.) Taxes will not be applied to the face value of your eGift Card purchase. Use of your eGift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms. Your eGift Card will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen. eGift Cards may not be resold by any unauthorized vendor.

We ship all orders via USPS, Tuesday–Saturday. Most orders ship within 24 hours. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Please call The Sewing Gallery before sending any items so we know to expect your return. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and free of smoke odors.
Non-returnable items: cut yardage, books, patterns, software, and all sale items (final sale).
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued for the item price only. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away so we can assist.
