SUPERBLOOM is a sister collection to Wild Blossoms, featuring a new ombré width-of-fabric print. This time, the collection includes a light, delicate colorway to contrast the deep jewel-toned version — pick your favorite or use them together for stunning effect! Both the light and dark versions coordinate beautifully with poppies (a nod to my first collection with Moda, Poppy Mae), a playful pitcher print featuring vases, daisies, butterflies, a scribble stripe, Posy Party watercolor flowers, and eight Dotty Thatched colors. The quilt projects designed for this collection showcase the versatility of the WOF prints. “Centerpieced” is a charm pack table runner that creates small 3" blocks framed by colorful floral borders. “Gathering Wildflowers” uses fat quarters or 1/4 yard cuts to make sweet flower blocks that line up between the panels. “Fiona’s Daisy Chain” puts a twist on the classic Irish Chain quilt by using large squares of the wildflower print. Finally, “Turn Signal” is a modern quilt that uses a jelly roll with panels to guide your eye between dark and light sides.
