I love gardens and gardening, and I would devour the seed catalogs that arrived in my mailbox in January. I’d make lists of seeds and plants to order, and visit nurseries and greenhouses in the spring to plan my flower garden. But I don’t have much of a “green thumb” so the gardens were always in my dreams. Until now. With Spring Brook, I can plant my garden as a quilt. A profusion of spring flowers, seed packets, and buzzing bees are colored in the soft yellow, white and gray of Pepper & Flax, and a pretty shade of blue, just for fun. As the winter snow melts away, and the grass, trees and flowers burst with new life, my flower garden has come to life.
